David Morris
Born and brought up in West Cross a long time ago I have been closely associated with Mumbles all my life from the youthful social indiscretions of the past around the glorious pubs and clubs into my professional endeavours with estate agents John Francis, Cornerstone Abbey National (for those of you with good memories) Simpsons and Bay Estate Agents.
Working in other areas of Swansea such as Sketty, Morriston, Gorseinon and Pontardawe in the picturesque Swansea Valley I have endured a variety of property markets over a period of 30 years while also helping to establish The New Homes and Golf Course Development at Pentre Nicklaus Village on the edge of Carmarthen Bay in Llanelli a particularly satisfying period in my professional life. Selling those wonderful properties directly off plans was invigorating.
A brief but rewarding time in Sutton Coldfield and Leamington Spa working for Dixons Countrywide and later Your Move Norwich Union gave me a different perspective on the corporate effect of estate agency invaluable experience when returning to Swansea to continue my career.
Being self employed brings unique challenges and I have been reminded it can be a lonely existence but with such a wealth of experience I am ready for the hard work that will accompany the extended working hours and no holidays (Yeah right)!!
Outside work I enjoy Amateur Dramatics as a member of Ostreme Theatre Company, Vice Chair and Trustee of The Ostreme Community Centre and an enthusiastic follower of football, horse racing, cricket and motor racing and when time allows a keen amateur photographer.
I consider myself confident and assured and would like to think my glass is half full when addressing the difficult times in ones life. 30 years in the business has not curbed my enthusiasm and I am keen to impart my knowledge and experience in the exciting times that lie ahead.

Louise Ferreira
Born and bred in England and originally from Hampshire Louise travelled extensively at a young age living in Texas & Massachusetts as well as Scotland.
A driven conscientious yet unpretentious person by nature with a personable engaging character she is passionate about her young family with twins and South American husband.
Louise’s colourful and impressive CV is based around the hospitality industry having obtained a degree in Hotel and Catering Management and subsequently working for The Savoy Group including such eminent 5 Star hotels as Claridges and The Connaught.
Her understanding of customers behaviour, their requirements and concerns is unparalleled and she has now brought her wealth of experience and attention to detail from another customer based industry into the estate agency business.
Louise and her family have embraced the culture and history of the land of my fathers and with her easy going yet relentless personality she is a worthy conduit to David Morris in the present and future of this embryonic business.
