We have moved!

I am sure we all agree that since March 2019 we have been presented with some of the most challenging business issues we have ever encountered and we are now hoping that the worst is behind us.

However, in spite of all the hurdles we have had to overcome we at David Morris Properties are delighted to announce that we have moved up in the world by physically moving down to the 1st Floor at 65 Newton Rd, Mumbles. This means that the endless climb to the top floor is no more!

We have also added a new member of staff to our team:- Joanna Biffin. Jo will be assisting our very competent office manager Louise in the managing of our rental properties and will also be the main point of contact for our block managements and following on from that we are pleased to report that we have added another local block management contract to our portfolio.

David (still probably the oldest estate agent in Mumbles) with over 40 years experience in the business continues to lead our sales and rentals division and, as ever, is always available for advice and guidance should you be looking to rent your property, downsize, upsize or move sideways. There is nothing that David loves more than a chat!
