The Greenroom started business in late 2020 from an office on Newton Road, Mumbles with Nick Christofides and Alex Carr as joint owners.

In 2021 we moved to our current location at 26-30 Dunns Lane, Mumbles and have not looked back since. The GreenRoom Estate Agency has built a reputation for selling a selection of ‘special’ properties in West Swansea and Gower, as well as a number of New Homes Developments throughout West Wales.

In 2022 we bought David Morris Properties Ltd, who had a successful portfolio of managed rental properties throughout Swansea. 

In March 2023, Bernadette Howells was recruited as Manager for The Greenroom Lettings. Bernadette brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge of Lettings, having worked over the course of 14 years, for both John Francis and Dawsons Letting Departments.
